What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way and are covered by this page.

Your choices

You can change your settings at any time using the Manage cookie settings button below. Your choice is saved on this device and browser. If you clear your cookies or use a different device, you may need to set your preferences again.

Necessary cookies (always on)

These cookies are needed for the Website to function and cannot be switched off here. They keep you signed in, remember what is in your cart, process checkout securely, protect the site against fraud and misuse, and store your cookie choices. Without them, core features such as ordering would not work.

Analytics cookies (optional)

With your permission, we use first-party analytics cookies to understand how the Website performs, such as which pages are visited, how long pages take to load, and where errors occur. This helps us fix problems and improve the site.

These cookies use identifiers that can distinguish your browser from others, so we do not describe this data as anonymous. Analytics data is collected by us only. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools, we do not sell this information, and we do not use it to target you with advertising.

Advertising and third parties

We do not use advertising cookies or allow third-party advertising networks to track you on this Website.

The Retailer may choose to list products on Google Shopping through its own Google Merchant Center account. The product feed we provide for this contains product information only, such as names, prices, images and stock levels. It does not include any customer or visitor data, and it does not place cookies on your device through this Website.

Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the Website, including sign-in, cart and checkout, may not work. Your browser's help pages explain how to do this.

Privacy and sensitive information

Because this Website sells intimate products, we treat browsing and order information as sensitive. Analytics data is not combined with your order history to build marketing profiles, and access to this information is restricted. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this page

We may update this page when the cookies we use or the law changes. We will update the date shown and, where a change is material or requires your consent, we will ask for your choices again.
